I'm sorry I took so long to do this, but it's obvious to me now that I'm not up to organising this.
I started the idea just before uni got started when I had plenty of time, then assignments and impending future doom ran me into the ground, not to mention the student budget I'm living off. It's gotten worse since I moved to a more expensive place and I wasn't expecting that.
Sorry to those who had their hopes up. Hopefully someone else will have the knowledge and determination to set up their own manga magazine, considering the amount of interest this inquiry received.
Ah, neat idea! I've thought before about similar projects, but I've never thought further than, hey that'd be neat.
I'm all the wayz ova in WA ^^, so I can definately help with the distribution. Not sure my manga would be suitable for a project like this, most of mine are too violent XD because I'm a sick puppy. But I'll help promote it fo sho. I'll rifle through my ideas folder, there's a few PG mangas that could pssibly be usted off.
